Refill Requests

How to Request a Refill

To request a refill please take the following action. Please allow 7 days for processing of all refill requests. More time may be needed if there is a prior auth required from your insurance company. An initial assessment will be required with our provider prior to issuing any refills or prescriptions.

  1. Call your pharmacy to see if you have a refill on file. If your refill is a controlled substance (ie adderral, vyvanse) you may need to speak to a pharmacist in order to complete the refill request.
  2. If you have no refills on file with your pharmacy, you may send us a secure message through your MYIO portal to the refill request inbox or call our offices to begin the refill requests.
  3. We request you have an appointment on file for all refill requests
