About Me

I am humbled to be in a position that I can walk alongside clients and help them navigate life. I believe in working as a team with each client, offering my presence, knowledge, and honest communication to help identify barriers and develop effective care plans that treat the whole being. My goal is to foster a relationship with each client that promotes personal growth and healing. We all have the answers within us, and my hope is that I can help my clients live a more authentic and joyful life.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my kids and family, taking walks with my dog, traveling, being outdoors in nature, and trying new restaurants. I feel most balanced when I am consistently tending to my mind (reading, learning new things), body (movement, healthy foods, ample sleep), and spirit (mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga).
