How to Schedule:

1. Click https://valant.io/prospectivepatient/RootedInsightsPLC and complete form to request services.
2. You will receive an email from a no-reply@valant.com to set up your client portal, complete paperwork, and schedule appointments.
3. Please note, currently, many of our counseling providers have a waitlist. Our staff may reach out to you to discuss waitlist options. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response as we are a small practice with limited administrative hours.
